An original program that takes care of people and strengthens the team. A personalized approach to development, with different tools that facilitate the look at people's uniqueness and provoke a deepening in the individual discovery process, connecting with a collective vision of the future.

The "professional part" of a worker's life is getting wider. Personal and professional lives are more connected than ever. Employees want to be seen and to feel that they have support for their growth as people.
A company that wants engaged people cannot ignore this fact. Nike knows this and Self+Team Awareness is born out of that awareness. The project developed by Estúdio Nômade is intended to be an experience of growth beyond the position, with the intention of stimulating the growth of people and qualifying the synergy of the team in their work environment.

The program has
two intentions:
Self
A reading of a personal profile, with follow-up and guidance to increase capacities and potential for individual development.
team
To materialize a common Purpose and, with that, qualify the team's work synergy.
The program works with a sequence of 05 activities, in approximately 3 months of duration. At Nike Brasil, the “digital services” sector, formed by a team of 12 people, was the first to receive the Program.
Program Process
1.
A Workshop in which we seek to understand the team as a whole: how it operates, what are its functional characteristics and how the members see themselves.

Assessment tools are used to analyze each individual. In this specific case, Disk (to read behavior and personality), Gallup Strengths (to identify strengths) and a Heteroperception Questionnaire (a way of knowing employees' attributes and weaknesses from their colleagues) were used - it is important to emphasize that such tools are adaptable, being defined according to the understanding of the group's needs.

Coach Session #1
For a better understanding of what was identified by the tools, there is an individual 1:1 session for the deepening and interpretation of the results. Soon after, there is a period of absorption of the contents.

Coach Session #2
Same format as the previous one, but with more conscious understandings (after absorption and reflection) and delivery of a Personal Map with notes on possible improvements in the capacity for personal development.

As a closing of the trajectory, a Workshop on Visualization and Co-creation of the Future takes place. The team looks at individualities, discusses how it works, understands and welcomes differences and proposes new work dynamics. With the group better attuned, possible strategic actions are discussed in relation to the team's role with the company and its transformative purpose.

Project Results
At the end of the process, a complex analysis of the individuals and their relationships as a team is elaborated and presented in an interactive way, in a workshop format. The potential of each one is discovered and debated collectively as a way of qualifying the work processes. The results allow the team to reorganize itself based on the understanding of its behavioral dynamics, obtaining a better synergy of work and engagement, with the feeling of being valued in their differences.
